Leadership

Kaleb Bitters
Co-Founder
Kaleb began his equipment leasing career working for an inspection service provider in 2018. In 2020 he founded Pando (which was later renamed Remarketplace), a heavy equipment remarketing company. His company focused on construction, material handling, transportation, and agricultural assets. It was here that he saw the need for high quality mechanical inspections performed by actual mechanics with boots on the ground. So, in October 2024 he co-founded Optix Inspections. These inspections are performed by certified mechanics across the United States. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing golf with friends.
